Star Trek meets X-Men book

Once a week I do my usual sandwich and op shop trip during lunch. My local op shop is one I have dubbed my 'Geek op shop' and is usually full of 90s Marvel comics, Star Wars collectibles and trading cards from old shows. My favourite geek op shop didn't let me down last week.

Say what?!

I spotted the X-Men logo from a distance and then was confused by the Star Trek logo. Both of these in a crossover novel? FOR 99c? Yes please. Done and done. That's all I spent that day but well worth it for some reading to satisfy my geek craving.

Later, when I told Twitter and other friends about my find they reminded me that this book would mean that Professor Xavier and Captain Picard would meet..

CUE IMAGINATION AND PHOTOSHOP SKILLS.

Hell yes. I can't wait to read the book now.
